I love creating smiles! As small a thing as orthodontics may seem, it can have a dramatic effect on a patient’s overall view of themselves and how others treat them. I hope everyone knows the value of a good smile, to not only them, but also what a smile can do for others! It’s an easy way to brighten someone’s day!

My commitment to my patients is inspired not only by my deep desire to help them achieve oral health, but also hearing their perspectives and ideas and learning about their accomplishments.

I am fortunate to have made deep relationships among the many families I treat. I get to meet so many interesting and different people of all ages every day. Kids are so funny and tell you everything they think! It’s also fun to see an adult who has put off braces forever but finally takes a chance and then realizes how easy it was and wonders why they waited for so long! I hope I bring a positive twist to my patients’ dental experience that can make an overall positive change in their views of dentistry that hold for a lifetime.

Education and Continuing Education

I grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. Having had so much dental work done myself, I knew I wanted to become an orthodontist to help others achieve the same confidence I had gained by possessing a beautiful smile. There is nothing more exciting than to witness the transformation right before my eyes as I complete a patient’s treatment and see his or her blissful reaction!

I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Florida. I went on to Northwestern University for both my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science degree.

Since graduating in 1999, I have made sure to stay constantly updated on the latest techniques and methods by attending many local meetings and seminars.

In the Office

With an exceptional staff that helps to make the office feel like a home, filling it with joy and fun things to do while waiting, we treat all our clients as the individuals they are. Ours is a small, single practice with no corporate vibe. I’m accessible to my patients and they will always get great care, exceptional customer service, and personalized attention.

At Home

I live in Lincoln Park with my husband Dan and our sons Louie, Ike, and Jessup. We are a very sporty family and when summer comes, our world revolves around the boys’ baseball. We are also big Cubs, Bears, and Florida Gator Football fans! In my free time, I like to run along the lake, hang out with friends and family, try new restaurants, and travel. Living in this community is so much fun because I see my patients everywhere!
